Before you write

Lost your items after changing phone?: Relo stores everything on the device. Items only move to a new phone through a backup file exported from Settings. We cannot recover records from a device we never had.
Reminders not arriving?: Check Settings, then Notifications, inside the app. Android battery optimisation can also delay them.
Want your account deleted?: You can do it yourself in the app under Settings, then Account. Items on your device are never deleted by that.
